To redeem points, you will need to sign into your account and use our full checkout, and not Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal Express or Shop Pay.

You must spend over £100, €100 or $100 to redeem your 10% referral reward.

Points can only be redeemed in the same store where they were issued.

Points are associated to your account / email address and are non-transferable.

Points are only valid for one year (365 days).

The redemption of points cannot be used with any other offer or voucher, including gift vouchers.

Refunded items are deducted from your running points balance.

If we ever decide to end the rewards program, your points and perks will expire with the program. We’ll give you notice that we’re ending the rewards program by email.

We also reserve the right to terminate any person’s rewards membership if we believe you are violating our terms and conditions, reselling products, exploiting the program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud, abuse of privileges, or inappropriate behaviour that seeks to manipulate the rewards program, or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion.

If your account is terminated by you or us, or you opt out of the rewards program, you will lose any unused rewards as well as all points that have not been redeemed.
